Requirements

Minimum age: 12 years old (some treatments may require 16+).

Guests should be in good general health. Please inform the spa staff of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies before your treatment.

Not recommended for guests with severe skin conditions, recent surgeries, or other medical restrictions unless approved by a doctor.

Pregnant guests should inform us in advance so suitable treatments can be arranged.

A valid ID.

Guests are expected to follow staff instructions when using spa facilities such as sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi.

Notes

Transportation is not included. Private transportation can be arranged from both cruise ports and any hotel on the island. Pricing depends on location and number of guests and will be provided upon request.

We recommend booking in advance to secure availability, especially on cruise ship days.

Comfortable clothing and swimwear are recommended to make the most of the spa facilities.

Cancellation policy: full deposit refund when cancelled 48 hours or more in advance.
