Payment and Cancellation Policies


After verifying the details of your booking, and answering any questions that you might have, our booking coordinator will send you a Deposit Payment Link through PayPal, a US company; you can pay online with your credit card.

You only pay a deposit for your tour, and complete your payment when on location.

If you haven’t got a PayPal account, you can create one for free while paying. PayPal is free and has no hidden fees.

Cancellation Policy

Your deposit is immediately, 100% refundable in all the following cases:

  • you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours in advance (no questions asked)
  • your ship changes itinerary and skips port
  • weather conditions or any other condition outside of your control causes your adventure to be cancelled
